About Me and This Site

Hi! I’m Simone, my nickname is Mony, I live in Kansas, and I created this site because I think the Flaming Lips are one of the most creative, cool, fun, groovy, far-out bands on the planet and their music is beautiful and transcendent in all its strangeness and originality. I wanted a space where I could celebrate all the weirdness and magic that makes the Lips so wonderful, so here we are! Welcome to all Flaming Lips fans or the Flaming Lips curious!
